10 July 2004 - Sutton Coldfield (local) paper prints article on Debt Problems for the local area. The Financial Helpline gives statistics and advice on debt problems + Solutions.
01 September 2004 - OurZone wanted a editorial on solutions to debt problems. As the newsletter was targeted to tenants, The Financial Helpline gave general information and tips for people that are looking for Right To Buy. We were chosen for our overall knowledge of the financial sector (25,000 tenants were given free advice on debt solutions).
29 October 2004 - Beacon Radio 97.2FM Gave LIVE telephone interview with advice on debt problems & how to budget your finances
01 November 2004 - We reach £20,000,000 under Debt Management.
15 March 2005 - The Financial Helpline partners with a Birmingham Factoring Broker.
20 May 2005 - We conducted a poll from our new customers regarding service and advice, of the 42% that replied to our poll - 95% were Very Happy with our Debt Management & insolvency services.
05 July 2005 - Insolvency Practitoner Joins The Financial Helpline. We are currently waiting for our licence number but customers can now benefit from Steve's many years of experience. The Financial Helpline has also contracted David Mccrum, an Independant Mortgage Advisor to offer our customers 'Best Advice' on Motgages & Secured Loans. The Financial Helpline is fast becoming the formidable force in the Debt Management industry. We will be licensed by R3. All customers will recieve a copy of our R3 Terms & Conditions before entering into an IVA or CVA. The The Financial Helpline WILL NEVER charge an Up-front Fee before customers enter into the IVA.
05 July 2005 - The Financial Helpline opens its doors in Leicestershire - With growning demand, The Financial Helpline opens its doors in Leicestershire. The office will be available for customers who want to see a Debt Adjuster or Insolvency Practitioner face-to-face (by appointment only). Due to a lack of space in Lichfield the office in Lutterworth is an ideal size as our customer base grows.
25 August 2005 - New Product RESTART has been launched offering customers protection in Banruptcy to keep there home. The product is designed as part of a new debt solution package offered to all The Financial Helpline customers.
